Objetivo

Troubleshooting Cisco Wireless Enterprise Networks (WITSHOOT) proporciona os conhecimentos e recursos necessários para proporcionar suporte em soluções de redes sem fio Cisco. São realizadas atividades praticadas para reforçar os conceitos e proporcionar ao profissional experiências de suporte. São utilizadas as controladoras Cisco utilizando o código AireOS 8.X, Cisco Prime Infrastructure e Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine) como solução integrada. . Este curso faz parte da grade de cursos preparatórios para a certificação CCNP Wireless.
O curso proporciona aos profissionais os conhecimentos em suporte empregados em soluções de redes sem fio. É apresentada a arquitetura e as melhores práticas para suporte dos componentes Cisco, e através das atividades laboratoriais reforçar os conceitos e preparar o profissional para as atividades do dia a dia.

Ao completar esse curso o profissional vai estar habilitado para:
• Identificar as melhores práticas em suporte;
• Identificar, descrever e solucionar os problemas mais comuns de infra-estrutura em redes sem fio;
• Identificar, descrever e solucionar os problemas nas camadas que formam a infra-estrutura e a rede sem fio;
• Identificar, descrever e solucionar os problemas em RF.

Público Alvo

Administradores de Redes Corporativas e profissionais de revenda envolvidos na instalação, configuração, operação e solução de problemas em soluções para redes sem fio Cisco.
Recomendado na preparação de profissionais para a realização do exame de certificação Cisco WITSHOOT (300-370), para obtenção da certificação CCNP Wireless.

Requisitos

Recomendamos que os alunos possuam os seguintes conhecimentos para uma melhor experiência e retenção de conhecimentos:
• Conhecimentos básicos em redes locais, destacando comutação ethernet, redes TCP/IP e roteamento. Esses conhecimentos podem ser adquiridos no curso ICND1;
• Conhecimentos básicos em redes sem fio, destacando soluções Wi-Fi 802.11 em redes locais, seus protocolos, suas especificações e melhores práticas de implantação. Esses conhecimentos podem ser adquiridos no curso WIFUND;
• Conhecimentos básicos e experiência na utilização dos produtos Cisco Prime Infrastructure e MSE (Mobility Identity Engine), Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine);
